Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to register, and at least 18 to enter into binding agreements. Talent under 18 may only participate under a parent or legal guardian, who must be the account holder.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of all photographs, videos, audio, written bio content, and other materials you upload to the Service (collectively, “Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant RPC Worldwide a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, resize, transcode, display, and distribute Your Content for the sole purpose of operating the Service — including showing it to casting directors, agencies, and brand representatives invited to review talent through the platform.

You represent and warrant that (a) you own or have all rights necessary to submit Your Content; (b) Your Content does not infringe any third-party right; and (c) you have obtained all necessary releases from anyone identifiable in Your Content.

Verified casting directors, producers, agency representatives, and brand representatives (“Casting Users”) may use the Service to discover talent, view profiles, request additional media, and invite talent to apply for casting calls.

Casting Users may not download, copy, or redistribute Your Content outside the legitimate course of evaluating talent for a specific project, and may not use the Service to circumvent agency or talent relationships.

RPC Worldwide is a casting network and discovery platform. We connect talent with opportunities, but unless explicitly stated in a specific casting call, RPC Worldwide is not the employer of any talent and is not a party to any engagement between talent and a Casting User.

Compensation terms, call times, locations, scope of work, and releases for any particular project are agreed to directly between talent and the Casting User (or their production company / agency). RPC Worldwide does not guarantee bookings, audition outcomes, or payment, and is not responsible for disputes between talent and Casting Users.

You agree not to:

• impersonate another person or submit false information;
• upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, depicts a minor in any sexualized way, or violates the rights of others;
• scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Service except through interfaces we explicitly provide;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service;
• use the Service to send unsolicited communications or to solicit talent for purposes unrelated to legitimate casting;
• use the Service to facilitate any pay-to-audition scheme, advance-fee scam, or any practice that violates applicable labor or talent-agency laws.

Other than Your Content, the Service — including all software, designs, logos, copy, and trademarks — is owned by RPC Worldwide or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use of the Service creates risk for the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our retention obligations.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service’s accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any specific casting opportunity will be available, appropriate, or successful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPC Worldwide and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising under or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
