Ethnicity Models has cast the majority of talent throughout urban media, making LaShawnna the primary resource in the country for ethnic beauty and authentic on-camera talent. With rosters that span five major markets, Ethnicity has long been the reliable source brands turn to when they want to actually look like the audience they’re speaking to.
She’s a regular special invite to cast events and campaigns, consistently positioned among the elite in cooperative branding — and her work has been featured in publications and multi-media outlets throughout the country.
Beyond the agency, LaShawnna founded the I LOVE ME Foundation for the Restoration of Self Esteem and Self Love and the I LOVE MY ETHNICITY campaign — two projects that exist to combat negative self-image in the modeling industry and replace it with self-love and ethnic pride.
