Account & profile information.

When you register and build a talent profile, we collect information you provide such as your name, email, phone number, date of birth, location, gender, ethnicity, physical attributes (height, weight, sizes, hair/eye color), talent type, experience level, agency information, social handles (Instagram, TikTok), IMDB / personal website URLs, and the photographs and videos you upload.

Casting activity.

We record actions you take on the Service — castings you apply to, invitations you accept or decline, profiles you favorite, messages you send through the platform, and metadata about your uploads.

Automatically collected information.

We collect standard technical data including IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as view mode), and measure aggregate usage.

• operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• surface your talent profile to verified casting directors, producers, agency representatives, and brand representatives evaluating talent for casting calls;
• match you to relevant casting opportunities based on the information in your profile and your activity;
• send transactional notifications (account, application status, invitations) and, if you opt in, marketing communications;
• detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms;
• comply with legal obligations.

With casting professionals.

Your talent profile (including photos, videos, and the attributes you provide) is visible to verified Casting Users on the Service. This is the core function of a casting network — by creating a profile, you understand and agree that casting professionals will see it.

With service providers.

We share information with vendors who help us run the Service, including hosting (Vercel), database and storage (Supabase), analytics, and email / SMS delivery providers. These vendors are contractually limited to processing data on our behalf.

For legal reasons.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RPC Worldwide, our users, or others.

In a business transfer.

If RPC Worldwide is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit functionality.

• Access & update. You can view and edit your profile information at any time from your account.
• Delete. You can delete your account from your account settings. We will remove or anonymize your profile and media, subject to legal-retention obligations and backup rotations.
• Marketing email. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any such message. Transactional messages (about your account or active applications) will continue.
• Regional rights. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., California, EU/EEA), you may have additional rights such as the right to request a copy of your data, restrict processing, or object to certain uses. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion we retain only what we need for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and complying with legal obligations.

Talent under 18 may only use the Service through a parent or legal guardian who is the account holder. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, role-based access, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed and stored in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

RPC Worldwide collects mobile phone numbers in order to send casting-related communications by SMS text message. We use SMS to support the casting workflow, including signup and invitation messages, casting opportunities, application status updates, audition and check-in updates, reminders, and account notifications.

Message frequency may vary depending on your activity on the Service.

Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will send a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us through the link in the footer.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
